The 54th CNS Annual Meeting is the perfect opportunity for child neurologists to learn, grow professionally, network, share research, and advocate for the field. Stay updated, connect with colleagues, and contribute to advancing the field and improving patient care.

Registration Rates

CNS Member Registration Rate Eligibility

To receive the CNS member registration rate, individuals must be current in their dues at the time of registration. Non-members interested in joining CNS and registering at the early bird member rate must submit their membership application no later than July 18, 2025. Non-members interested in joining CNS and registering at the regular member rate must submit their membership application no later than September 19, 2025. If, upon review of their membership application, a candidate is deemed ineligible for the membership category to which they have applied, that candidate will not be eligible for the CNS member registration rate.

Cancellation Policy for 2025

Registration may be cancelled with the following fees and penalties:

  • All cancellations must be made in writing, via email and sent to registration@childneurologysociety.org.
  • Cancellations received on or before August 29, 2025, are eligible for a full refund less $150 administrative fee.  Cancellations received after August 29, 2025, are not eligible for a refund.
  • In the event of cancellation of any portion, or entire event, CNS does not assume responsibility for any additional costs, charges, or expenses; to include, charges made for travel and lodging.
  • Badge Replacement Fee:  $100
